Any questions that I had, Vidya was there to answer them, any emails that I sent, she responded very quickly and very timely. I work overseas so communication is difficult at times but everytime I needed help or had a question, Himalayan responded very professionally. I even had dealings with their US office and Charles made things very easy, thank you for that.The trek itself was a life changing experience I live in the mountains in Canada, but being in the Himalayan Mountains was more than I could have immagined.
